Jennifer Jasso, MSW, LSW is a psychotherapist, who received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Lewis University. Jennifer has gained social work experience from her internships at the Spanish Community Center and Will County Behavioral Health Center. She believes therapy to be collaborative and distinctive to every individual’s specific needs. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults and elderly patients of all different backgrounds and beliefs. Jennifer is also bilingual and enjoys working with Spanish speaking patients.
Jennifer does individual and couples therapy. She utilizes a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, solution-focused brief therapy, strengths-based and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Jennifer believes each patient should be met where they are, feel safe and feel empowered. She makes sure each patient feels understood and comfortable during each session. Jennifer treats anxiety, depression, self destructive behavior, abuse, trauma and other disorders. Jennifer enjoys her free time with family and friends and loves to travel.
